Fitness Class

In partnership with a Fitness Coach, this class is instructor-led by a personal trainer, and it will focus on core muscle strength, flexibility, upper and lower body strength, speed, and much more.

About the Class
  • Instructor led by a personal trainer & special needs teacher
  • Maximum of eight students per class
  • Dress in gym clothes, socks, and tennis shoes
  • Equipment provided
  • Please bring your own water bottle
